She graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2015 with a BA in Speech Pathology and Audiology and is currently completing her master’s degree in Audiology. She remains committed to advancing her knowledge through continued study and professional development.
Keitumetse began her career in the public sector, where she served for seven years, gaining extensive experience in community-based care and working with diverse patient populations. In 2019, she established her own private practice. She now has practice locations in Soweto, Dainfern, and most recently, at the Little Village Kyalami.
She has a special interest in diagnostic audiology, preventative audiology, and hearing amplification technology. She is particularly passionate about early identification and intervention, recognising the critical role hearing plays in speech, language, and overall development.
Her clinical approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and individualised care. She has extensive experience working alongside paediatricians and ENT specialists to optimise children’s overall communication and well-being. With a strong appreciation for community-based work, she continues to integrate this perspective into her practice, ensuring accessible, holistic care.
